The five workflows you can trigger

Every one of these can be started from the Trigger workflow dialog by typing its exact ID.

Full Content Pipeline

full-content-pipeline — keyword to a published, human-approved article.

Keyword Gap Analysis

keyword-gap-analysis — find topics you’re underserving vs. competitors. Research only.

Technical SEO Audit

technical-audit — crawl, Core Web Vitals, indexability, structured data. Read-only.

Content Refresh

content-refresh — revise and republish an article whose ranking has slipped.

Outreach Campaign

outreach-campaign — backlink prospecting and drafted outreach emails. Drafts only, nothing sends automatically.

What’s inside the Full Content Pipeline (not standalone)

Several capabilities you might expect as their own workflow are actually steps inside full-content-pipeline, not something you trigger on their own: You’ll see all of these in a run’s execution timeline when you trigger full-content-pipeline — they’re real and they run, just not as separately-triggerable workflows.

What’s not available yet

Be aware these are not implemented as anything you can use from the dashboard today:
  • Rank tracking as a standalone, on-demand workflow — position data you do see comes from Google Search Console via Analytics, not from a dashboard-triggered ranking check.
  • “AI/LLM visibility” (tracking whether AI assistants cite your content) — not present in this product.
  • Reporting as a distinct, exportable workflow — analytics and content-quality data are viewable on their own pages, but there’s no “generate a report” action.
This list reflects the dashboard as it exists right now — if you need one of these, ask your administrator whether it’s on the roadmap.
