What it does

Shows every article your workflows have produced, as a board organized into columns by stage: draft, in review, review required, approved, publishing, published.

Why you should use it

It’s your at-a-glance view of everything moving through the content pipeline right now — what’s stuck, what’s ready, what’s live.

Where to find it

Sidebar → Content (under Grow).

What information you must enter

A search box (title or target keyword) to filter — nothing required to just browse.

Step-by-step

1

Open Content

Sidebar → Content. Articles appear as cards under their current stage’s column.[SCREENSHOT NEEDED: Content studio board with columns for each pipeline stage]
2

Click any article card

Opens the article inspector — its SEO/readability scores, word count, a search-result preview, and (once published) a link to the live page.
3

Use Library or Review queue for more

Buttons top-right jump to the full Library (searchable, filterable list) or the Review queue (content awaiting a decision).

What happens — this board doesn’t take actions

Unlike a typical kanban board, you can’t drag a card between columns — stage changes only happen through the real workflow (writing, evaluation, approval, publishing). The board is a live mirror of that process, not a manual override.

How long-running work is shown

An article “in progress” simply hasn’t reached a later column yet — check its underlying workflow run for live progress on a specific article that’s still being written.

How to understand the output

Each card shows two score rings (SEO, Readability) — see Understand Your Results.

What to do based on the output

Common mistakes

  • Looking for an “Add article” button — content only enters this board through a workflow, never created manually here.
  • Assuming an empty board means something’s broken — it just means no content workflow has run yet.

Troubleshooting

Board is empty → trigger full-content-pipeline — see Full Content Pipeline.
