What it does

A searchable grid of every article, defaulting to Published, with filters by domain and status.

Why you should use it

Unlike the Content Studio board (organized by pipeline stage), the Library is for finding a specific article, or reviewing everything published (or in any other status) over time.

Where to find it

Sidebar → ContentLibrary button (top right of the Content page).

What information you must enter

None required. Optional filters:

Step-by-step

1

Open the Library

Content → Library.[SCREENSHOT NEEDED: Content library grid with search, domain filter, and status dropdown]
2

Filter and/or search

Combine the domain filter, status dropdown, and search box as needed.
3

Click an article to inspect it

Same article detail panel as the Content board — scores, word count, search preview, live link.
4

Load more if needed

The Library loads articles in pages — click Load more at the bottom if you don’t see what you’re looking for yet.

Reading the output

Same score rings and status badges as the Content board — see Understand Your Results.

What to do based on the output

Use the Library to audit your published content over time, or to double-check something specific exists before triggering content-refresh on it.

Common mistakes

  • Searching for something not yet loaded — search only covers articles already paged in; click Load more to widen it (the page says so directly when this applies).
  • Forgetting the default filter is Published only — switch to All statuses if you’re looking for a draft.

Troubleshooting

“Nothing published yet” with no search active → no article has completed the full pipeline and been approved yet. Check the Content Studio board or Review queue for what’s still in progress.
