What it does

Shows every workflow run in your workspace — a live list you can filter by status, plus the button that starts new ones.

Why you should use it

It’s the one place to see everything currently happening (or that has happened) across all your SEO workflows, without hunting through individual runs one by one.

Where to find it

Sidebar → Workflows (under Operate).

What information you must enter

Nothing to view the list. To start a run, see Run Your First SEO Workflow for the full field-by-field walkthrough of the Trigger workflow dialog.

Step-by-step

1

Open Workflows

Sidebar → Workflows.
2

Filter if needed

Tabs across the top: All, Running, Awaiting approval, Completed, Failed. Click one to narrow the list.
3

Click any run

Opens its live detail page — see Monitor Your Workflow.
4

Start a new run

Click Trigger workflow (top right).

What happens after you click Trigger

See Run Your First SEO Workflow → Submitting.

How long-running work is shown

Each run in the list shows a pulsing dot and a progress bar while active, plus its cost, token usage, and elapsed time — updating without a manual refresh.

How to understand the output

Each row’s status badge tells you where it stands — see Understand Your Results.

What to do based on the output

  • Running → nothing to do, or open it to watch live
  • Awaiting approval → go to Take Action
  • Failed → open it to read the error; see Troubleshooting
  • Completed → review what it produced

Common mistakes

  • Assuming a triggered run appears instantly — it can take up to about a minute to show up in the list.
  • Not checking the Failed tab occasionally — a failed run doesn’t otherwise interrupt you.
